README for CutNulLine version 1 beta
This software is a freeware.
Installation
Download "CutNulLine.bin" and extract with "StuffIt Expander" or "MacBinary II+". Then "CutNulLine.V1b" folder appears. The folder contains "README" (this document) and the program files.
How it works
CutNulLine works on 68K Macintosh computers with system 7 or later.
CutNulLine is a beautifier of listing files of connected sequences by MacDNASIS. When you connect many sequences of a nested set of deletion or primer walking, many empty lines which contain only gaps will appear in Connected Files Edit.list file. The program file deletes these empty lines from Connected Files Edit.list, saves papers for printing, and saves space for browsing. Any sites of disagreement or ambiguity are marked by "?" on the separator line. Drag and drop event is supported.
Restrictions and Limited Liability
CutNulLine can beautify only TEXT format file containing up to 40 sequences. CutNulLine is tested for the MacNDASIS v.3.6. The author disclaims any liability of any kind for any loss of data, damages, etc. or any consequential effect in use or inability of use of this software.
